Room was clean , comfortable bed, kitchen fully equipped View - we had ground floor room with view on the sea ...it was ok but i think a room at level 3-4 has better view on the sea Breakfast very good , variate Lunch and dinner were not included in "our price" but you can pay at the reception and eat in the restaurant as "buffet" (very good food) Also hotel has a bar (good prices) and in the evening you can stay on the terrace ,live music and dance ( if you would like to dance ) Personal very friendly Nice garden and pool , very clean ps: If you want to eat in a "local" restaurant/bar -200m away from hotel - try "Guachinche El Pino" worth to visit - reserve 1 day for Loro Park (don't miss the live shows ) and playa de las Teresitas if you want to visit "Masca" village -check fist the route - quite difficult by car (road is very narrow and many serpentines)

I had read a few reviews about the hotel being a bit run down and yes, it was, but it was a 3* hotel and we were really satisfied with our stay. The room was large and comfortable with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable, but on the the soft side. Walking distance was the local town with a number of shops and cafes/bars. Pretty basic but with nothing lacking. The reception staff spoke very good English and were attentive. The pool was a decent size and there was plenty of space for the sun beds. Also the prices at the bar (EUR2,80 for a large beer) seemed really good. A really nice place for a peaceful holiday.

Ecxellent and attentive staff. Flexible with early breakfast due to excursion or allowing us to have lunch instead of dinner we cannot have... Late checkout at 12 for free. Very good food, lot of options, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner too, with free water and wine for dinner. Nearly light all inclusive... For money you pay you get excellent value. Nice location with many paths around coast. Heated pool 26deg C even in February with sundeck and seaviews. Mind there is no beach. We were able park our car everyday just infront hotel.

The room was spacious, with plenty of room for 3 people. Despite being on the first floor, there's a lovely sea view. The stay was peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool was a bit disappointing because, even though it was big enough to swim in, the water was very cold. The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was very good in general. The location is good since the hotel is near an excellent trail to enjoy the cliffs area and some beautiful beaches. Overall, it was a great stay!

The area was lovely, close to amenities but in countryside too.view from our balcony fabulous. We we're close to walking trails so we didn't need to get public transport some days.if you needed a bus the hotel provided on into Puerto de la cruz or other option was to take short walk into Longuera. We also used to take path directly opposite hotel ,up a lane to roundabout for connecting buses. Staff immensely hard working.
